Nathalie Perdomo, MSW, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (she/her/ella) Clinician

Nathalie is a pansexual Latinx Care Coordinator and Clinical Intern here at The Alliance who collaborates with queer youth in identifying goals they would like to achieve. Nathalie supports our youth by connecting them to resources, reducing any barriers that prevent them from success, and cheering them on along the way. She has been with The Alliance since 2018.

She believes it is important to validate and celebrate our LGBTQ+ young people and thank them for their courage to share who they are. She knows our LGBTQ+ youth are wise and powerful, as she has had the privilege to witness this through the work she’s done with them. Here at The Alliance, we create a safe and affirming space for our young people to thrive and flourish.

Through her training at The Alliance, Nathalie has experience with safety planning with our young queer folks and connecting them to life enhancing resources. Nathalie has experience with co-facilitating group therapy and family support. She also has a background in facilitating trauma-informed yoga classes and was able to share this with our clients and the community during the pandemic by offering inclusive yoga classes online.

Nathalie holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University.

P.S. Nathalie loves to release stress and tension through letting out big sighs!! Try it. AHHHHHHH! She loves moving her body and shaking off the heaviness of the world any chance she gets.
