Nereyda Luna (she/her) is a Peruvian-Cuban trans scholar, artist, and cultural worker whose interdisciplinary practice bridges anthropology, visual art, and spirituality. Through photography, poetry, and performance, her work examines embodiment, transness, and the afterlives of coloniality while imagining liberatory possibilities for living and being. Nereyda's research and creative practice critique white cisheteropatriarchal systems and explore how art can serve as both personal ritual and collective resistance.

Excelling in visual storytelling and digital content creation, Nereyda combines creativity with a passion for social impact to help organizations build their communications channels.Currently, Nereyda uses her artistic skills and background in organizing to strategize and build social media presence for organizations on the front lines of activism and community building.
